Chuck has a wealth of experience in owning and growing successful businesses, and has since become an expert in business consulting. We got to hear a little bit of his journey to becoming a consultant and then growing Violand Management Associates into what it is today, before diving into some of his teachings.
One of Chuck’s biggest beliefs is that you cannot grow your business alone! He works with small business owners to help them manage and create sustainable growth within their business by creating a good workplace culture. Chuck emphasizes that you have to create a culture that can handle consistent growth without always depending on the business owner’s presence. He took his years of experience and narrowed it down to 10 different behaviors that he believes are major parts of creating a successful environment within your business. Two of the behaviors we got to take a deeper dive into, included ego management and disciplined execution.
